The golf courses should be a great asset, and allow golfers of all standards to select a course suitable for their ability. At the moment the North Course is in a mess. To cater for those who should use it, all rough should be removed; i.e. all grass not on greens should be mown to fairway height. People won't pay to use the course when they have to continually look for lost balls. The new pro should determine what needs to be done to attract people to use what should be a great resource, and then for the ACC to make sure it occurs on an ongoing basis.
