We live in Young St, Parkside and frequently walk with our son in his pram to Hutt St. We would LOVE an actual footpath to be installed on Hutt St between Greenhill Rd and South Tce on the Eastern side. We currently weave in and around a small dirt track that has just been created by foot traffic but isn't wide enough for a pram. When it rains we are sloshing though mud puddles. It would certainly encourage us to walk into town more often.

We often walk to the Victoria racecourse with our son for fitness but feel scared walking though the park to get there. There are always people camping and lighting bonfires. We feel unsafe walking though that part of the park to get to Victoria square.

I LOVE the new upgrades to the Princess Elizabeth park but don't go there anymore since realising it is not fully fenced. I like to catchup with our friends who also have toddlers but we all breathe easier when a park is completely fenced off. If you would consider putting a fence around the whole park not just along the South Tce side I would utilise it.

Victoria Park/ Pakapakanthi (Park 16)

Victoria Park/Pakapakanthi is home to a diverse range of activities, facilities and events that make it one of the Adelaide Park Lands most attractive parks. The recent development saw the establishment of several cricket and soccer fields as well as a fitness circuit, cycling track, BBQ facilities, public toilets and off-leash dog area.

This park also plays host to several events across the year including the Clipsal 500 and Australian International 3 Day Horse Trial.
