1 leave Victoria Park as it. This large open space so close to a city centre is unique and gratefully appreciated by citizens. Large permanent grandstands would ruin it.

2 Do NOT ruin Rymill Park with the O-Bahn extension

3 Be more careful with the placement of exercise equipment. The new ones around Adelaide Uni loop are mostly in the shade, at least part of the day. Those in Victoria Park sit in the blazing sun all day rendering them almost impossible to use in summer daylight hours, esp the metal benches. The few trees planted are mostly north/south and even when grown will provide little shade. So, either use shadecloth, plant more trees or relocate under the Dequeteville trees or the Sweat Track

Victoria Park/ Pakapakanthi (Park 16)

Victoria Park/Pakapakanthi is home to a diverse range of activities, facilities and events that make it one of the Adelaide Park Lands most attractive parks. The recent development saw the establishment of several cricket and soccer fields as well as a fitness circuit, cycling track, BBQ facilities, public toilets and off-leash dog area.

This park also plays host to several events across the year including the Clipsal 500 and Australian International 3 Day Horse Trial.
